If you follow a link from our website to place a purchase from a company other than Creative Writing Now or William Victor SL, please check the returns and cancellations policies of the company that is selling you the product or service. We cannot guarantee or be responsible for any product or service purchased through a third party.

2) Some Creative Writing Now products and services are explicitly advertised as having an "unlimited money-back guarantee." If you have purchased a product or service from us which at the time of your purchase was advertised on our website as unconditionally guaranteed, you may at any time request a full refund of the amount you paid for that product or service. In no case may your claims exceed the amount that you have paid to us.

3) If no specific cancellation and return policy is specified for our products or services at the time of purchase, then the following conditions will apply:

• For physical products: For thirty days after the time of purchase, you may return the product in its original condition with all packaging for a refund of the full price you paid for the product.
• For services: You may request a refund after completing the purchase but before the service is rendered. If the service provider has not yet initiated work at the time of cancellation, then we will refund the full amount paid. However, if the service provider has already initiated work, we may refuse to refund the payment.
