I like to think about my past and then relate it to what I am doing today. For example, When I was little and my brother and I went to our grandfather's mobile home (because he lived next to my mom and dad's house) and we were looking for something to eat. We ran across the can of little weiners and open that can and ate all of them. Just then my grandfather came home and caught us eating his weiners. Needless to say, he yelled at us and chased us home (which wasn't very far). I relate that to today in a story that I am writing about a young boy and his sister and what they are doing.
